Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Baking Designer services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Order Terms

All custom cake orders require a minimum 48-hour notice. Wedding cakes and large orders require advance booking of at least 2 weeks. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.

Delivery Terms

We provide delivery within the Houston metropolitan area. Delivery fees apply based on distance. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
